VCAPC CONSULTANT INFORMATION

The Vermillion County Area Plan Commission is inviting qualified consultants to submit
proposals for rewriting the zoning ordinance. We will rely on the selected consultant’s
expertise to review the County’s Comprehensive Plan and to provide recommendations
for how the plan can promote economic development. Anticipated contract length is
twelve months. The firm will work with the seven-member Plan Commission in crafting
a comprehensive Zoning Ordinance, Subdivision Control Ordinance along with updated
mapping which will encompass the unincorporated areas of Vermillion County, Indiana
in addition to the City of Clinton, Indiana.
