APPLYING FOR A MARRIAGE LICENSE

What you need to bring with you to apply for a Marriage License
1. Both parties MUST be present
2. If you have been married before, you must bring a certified copy of your divorce decree OR if your spouse has passed away, you must bring a copy of the death certificate.
3. Driver’s License
How much does it cost for a marriage license?
1. $25.00 for the license
2. $4.00 for each certified copy
How many days is a marriage license good for?
A marriage license expires 60 days after being issued.
