The 2026 Bid Packages are now being accepted at the Vermillion County Highway Garage, 1894 S. State Rd. 63, Hillsdale, IN. Bids must be received by mail or in person, Monday, December 1, 2025 by 8:00 A.M. Any bid received after that date/time will be unopened and returned to the sender. You may download the bid package here or obtain a hard copy at the Highway Garage.
